When you visit the website we process your IP address and the technical data of your browser and device needed to show you the website and protect it against abusive or fraudulent use.

If you sign in, also:

• Your account: your name, email address and a user identifier. The email address is also used to manage your purchases and gift codes, which may be linked to the recipient's email address.
• Your content on the wall: which cells are yours and their content.
• Your credits: the balance and its transactions (purchases, gifts and claimed cells).
• Your purchases: the details of each purchase (reference, credits, amount and taxes) and the billing data needed to meet tax obligations (billing country and postcode and the country of the payment method). Your full payment method details are handled directly by the payment service provider and never reach us.

• Creating and managing your account, letting you edit your cells and displaying the wall: necessary to provide the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Selling credits and meeting tax and accounting obligations: performance of a contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Keeping the service secure, preventing abuse and removing prohibited content: legitimate interest and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, build profiles or sell it.

The wall is public: anyone can see the content of your cells. Your name and email address are not public. Your cells do not show your identity, although it is possible to tell which cells belong to the same person. Do not publish personal data, yours or anyone else's.

Only with the providers needed to provide the service:

• Technology providers: provide the hosting, authentication and security services needed for the website to work.
• Payment service provider: processes payments.

These providers may process some data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

• Your account and cell data, for as long as the account exists. You may ask us to delete your account and its content at any time.
• Purchase data, for the period required by tax and commercial law, even if you delete your account.
• Session data, while the session is open and, at most, for the period stated in the cookie policy.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to us at info@thehumanitywall.com from your account's email address.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account (Art. 7 of the Spanish LOPDGDD). To buy credits you must be of legal age or have your parents' or guardians' permission.
