A credit is digital content used to claim a free cell on the wall. Each cell has a single owner. Credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for money. To use them you need to sign in and an up-to-date browser.

Each credit costs €1, taxes included. Payment is made with the payment methods shown before you confirm the purchase, through a payment service provider. Your full payment method details never reach us.

1. Sign in, choose how many credits you want and accept these terms and the waiver of withdrawal.
2. Before confirming payment you can review the amount and your details, correct them or cancel the purchase.
3. Once the payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your account immediately and you receive the receipt by email.

We keep a record of every purchase and you can ask us for a copy. The contract can be concluded in Spanish or English. Each purchase is governed by the terms in force when you made it.

Credits are digital content delivered immediately. When you buy, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 103(m) of the Spanish TRLGDCU).

Even so, you can request a refund of a purchase from your account within the following 14 days, if you still have all its credits, up to 2 times per account. For any other problem with a purchase, write to us at info@thehumanitywall.com . If the credits do not work as described, you are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Arts. 114 et seq. of the TRLGDCU): we will fix it or refund the amount.

If a payment is disputed with the bank or refunded due to suspected fraud, we remove the credits from that purchase and block the account. Cells already claimed stay as they are. Refunds you request from your account do not block it.

What you publish in your cells must follow the content rules. If you break them, we may remove it and block your account.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.
